Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of Murray Powersports or its suppliers/manufactures and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of and related to Murray Powersports are proprietary to Murray Powersports. All other trademarks not owned by Murray Powersports that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners.  Product information such as text, logos, and/or images used to promote products and/or the sale of products have been provided to Vivid Racing along with permission to use directly from the supplier or manufacture.  Any unauthorized use from other companies of the materials appearing on this site without written permission from the supplier and or manufacture may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Murray Powersports reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Murray Powersports reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly, in the event that items are out of stock, or no longer available . Once you have placed an online, phone order, or other type of order with Murray Powersports, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card or other payment method will be immediately charged immediately. Orders do not typically ship the same day and are subject to stock and manufacturer availability.  Many orders ship directly to you from the manufacturer, but some products may take additional time for shipment and delivery.  

Because Murray Powersports reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, typographical, product photo, and/or pricing errors that may occur do not entitle a customer to receive something from those errors.  Murray Powersports cannot be held responsible for honoring purchases caused by such errors and will simply take action to correct the error.  These errors are not a misrepresentation of a product, business, manufacture, or sale, but an error which Murray Powersport's responsibility is to correct the error.

Ordering Procedure/Policies

If you order a product, your credit card or other payment method is charged immediately, as stated above. If you choose to cancel the order after the same day it is submitted, or not during our normal business hours when the order has been processed, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be credited back to you.

Any order that has shipped from our location, or a supplier/manufacturer location cannot be canceled, these are classified as returns.  Unfortunately, once it has shipped, restocking fees will apply if they are applicable.  

Custom designed vinyl items (i.e. stickers, banners, apparel, decals, etc.), including items that contain specifically requested wording, images, logos, name and/or photos are considered special-order.  Special order items, and custom vinyl items (decals, custom apparel, custom banners, etc.) will not be able to be returned.  These special-order items cannot be returned or resold. For this reason, it is extremely important to thoroughly double-check your order before submitting.

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item (with its original packaging) can be returned for a 25% restocking fee.  Shipping is not refundable in either direction. All items to be return MUST be reported within 7 days of the date you purchased in store, or 7 days from the date you received delivery of your online purchase. No items will be returnable after 14 days, unless it is a manufacturer’s warranty issue.  All large packages (i.e. Rockford Fosgate items) are shipped from Murray Powersports are shipped via Fedex, UPS, USPS or Freight Carrier, and require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. Fedex, UPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package.  If the package is returned to Murray Powersports or the manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 25% restocking fee.

If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return, and will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation.

Special Order and Custom Items

Some items may be special order specifically for the customers vehicle.  These items generally require a deposit or paid in full.  Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special-order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable.  Custom designed vinyl items (i.e. stickers, banners, apparel, decals, etc.), including items that contain specifically requested wording, images, logos, name and/or photos are considered special-order. These special-order items cannot be returned or resold.  Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts or custom vinyl items. Custom designed wraps and other vehicle graphics are not eligible for return/refund.  Once the design is approved, and payment made, the wrap will be printed and shipped.

All sales are final on Custom Graphics, including full and partial UTV/ATV and street vehicles wraps and graphics are non-refundable/non-returnable.  By purchasing these items, you agree to these terms and conditions.   If Murray Powersports is installing your graphics for you, installation is also non-refundable.  Once you pick your vehicle up from having graphics installed, you are accepting the job as complete to your satisfaction.  We stand behind our work, so if there is an issue you feel needs to be corrected, please bring it to our attention within 14 calendar days, and we will provide a solution if needed.  We are not responsible for issues that arise due to riding conditions, weather, damage or other factors after you take possession of your vehicle.

Custom Audio - All sales are final on custom audio components and full audio builds.  We order these components as needed and are unable to return to the manufacturer.  If you have an issue with an item, we will work with the factory on your behalf to get the defective item replaced under warranty.  Labor to switch out warrantied items will be charged at a reduced rate.   If we agree to any product being returned, it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Labor on all services performed is non-refundable.

Payment Terms

​

Murray Powersports accepts Credit cards, Paypal and Paypal Credit, Affirm and Klarna  for online purchases.  If you prefer to pay via ACH Bank Draft, please contact us at info@murraypowersports.com, and we will email you an invoice to pay from.  We also offer SNAP Finance, 100 days same as cash, or longer terms.  If you would like to finance your purchase through SNAP, please visit our home page and click the APPLY button.  Once approved, please reach out with the item(s) you wish to finance, most labor/installation charges can be included.  For in-store purchases, we also accept Apple Pay, Android Pay, Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders.  All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost are subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc.

Warranty

All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other than by our own mistake of incorrect shipping.  Any item that is altered or changed from its original state without the consent of the manufacturer, will not be able to be returned or receive warranty support. The warranty of a product is facilitated by Murray Powersports, however we can only enforce the manufacturer's decisions.

Custom offroad wraps and graphics do not carry a warranty.  If there is an issue with a wrap you have received or had installed, please contact us within 14 calendar days to alert us of any issues, and we will offer a solution if one is warranted.  We stand behind our work, but are not responsible for issues due to improper prep, storage, handling or install of our graphics by you or others.  Murray Powersports is not liable for damage to graphics during installation or damage due to everyday riding and/or race impact and abrasions.  Our graphics are made with high quality material but are not bulletproof.

Force Majeure

Murray Powersports shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature.

Limitation of Liability

The Client acknowledges and agrees that Murray Powersports will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.
